The Specialization in Land Project Management and Real Estate Valuation is the opportunity to develop competencies that will allow you to address the problems of the territory and its structural component to solve the problems of planning and management in the city.
To achieve this objective, in the Specialization you will be updated in fields of knowledge such as planning processes, land management, costs, budgets and real estate development, which will allow you to enter a broad market in response to the new needs of the city in terms of infrastructure, equipment and housing.
Additionally, your training as a real estate appraiser guarantees you comprehensive knowledge to intervene with better arguments in the resolution of the problems of the city and the territory, with technical skills, ethical sense, responsibility and social commitment to ensure a real estate development of impact, which generates added value to local, regional and national projects.
