Bar Tending Lab
In the Barismo Lab you will learn with specialized equipment, techniques and coffee beverage preparations. In addition, the Laboratory has four mobile units that will allow you to perform demonstrations in different scenarios.
Hotel Laboratory Table & Bar
In the Hotel, Table and Bar laboratory you will learn about the operational and technical processes of the hotel industry. You will learn about processes such as: room maintenance, assembly and disassembly of a catering service, event management, among other processes of the hotel industry.
Software
At UCM you will learn with flight reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus, software that will teach you about hotel distribution, sales through distribution channels and airline reservations.
