Teachers with the position of rector, rural directors, and coordinators appointed in property.

Formative Purpose:

Promote the leadership of the teaching manager as an agent of change and transformation of the educational institution.

Presentation:

To offer a theoretical-practical space that allows for the analysis, problematization, reflection, interpretation, conceptualization and understanding of the leadership practices of the teaching managers.

Resultados de Aprendizaje:

Potencia sus capacidades de líder en el direccionamiento de la institución educativa y se constituye en agente de cambio.
Develops management improvement projects (transformational leadership).
Promotes actions to improve educational management.
Elaborates effective diagnoses, considering the different methodological alternatives.
