Presentation:
A diploma course is proposed for rural teachers, who will build competencies that will enable them to be deployed at different times in the construction of learning environments and pedagogical mediations and intermediaries, with which the rights of minors are recognized, offering conditions of equality and equity in the development opportunities as a deployment of the potential of each one.
The participating teachers, from their work mediated by the tutors and their autonomy, will build highly significant mediations as a pretext to stimulate the multidimensional development of all students and in particular to the integrality in the educational attention to those who show conditions of educational vulnerability, with an educational project and a pedagogical project that have as a starting point the rural family and social contexts; causing the construction of learning that transforms the being, knowing, doing and living together of the students in their own territory.
