Tradicionalmente la reducci\u00f3n de la turbidez en aguas residuales, se realiza con compuestos qu\u00edmicos que pueden ser nocivos para el ambiente o la salud por lo que el estudio de compuestos de origen natural ha ganado fuerza en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas.
