The UCM Language Center plays a vital role in the dynamics of internationalization of higher education at Catholic University of Manizales. It is also a major ally for Bilingualism projects carried out citywide and statewide. The UCM Language Center offers the following foreign language programs:
- Spanish for Foreigners (ELE-UCM)
- Professional English in Health; Management, Advertising and Tourism; Architecture; ICT.

- Research Writing and Public Dissertation
The Catholic University of Manizales also hosts International English Exams such as A2 Key, B1 Preliminary, B2 First, C1 Advanced, Bulats, TKT (Cambridge Language Assessment) and TOEFL IBT® (ETS). Test dates and fees are provided by Cambridge Language Assessment and ETS.
